Lamborghini Aventador S Athens debut

The Aventador S made its debut in Athens! was there!....

Lamborghini's new supercar ranks high in a much-admired list: the Aventador S is one of the world's 10 fastest cars, capable to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 2,9 seconds!

The Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce uses a carbon fiber monocoque construction with aluminum front and rear frames. The body is made of exotic lightweight materials such as the carbon fiber engine bonnet, rear spoiler and side air inlets. The front bonnet, front fenders and doors are made of aluminum, reducing the car' s weight to only 1,525 kg and keeping the power-to-weight ratio to as low as 2,03 kg/CV.

The 6.5 litre V12 produces 544kW (740hp) and effortlessly propels the car to a top speed of 350 km/h.

The shark-like nose lends the car a most aggressive look that seems to be adding to the drama of a high performance Italian supercar.
